Refund policy
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of Delivery of the Order to the Customer or to a designated third party to express their intention to return the Product(s) of the Order. The Customer is not required to justify their decision.
If no indication of withdrawal is made after this period, the sale will be considered final and binding. No cancellation or refund can be obtained.
Returns are only possible from the country where the Products were delivered.
For any returns, the Customer must follow the following procedure:
1. Save your return on your Account by clicking on the "MAKE A RETURN" mention and providing all the information necessary to exercise your right of withdrawal. The Customer then has the option to select the Product(s) to return and to request a refund of their Order or a credit of the same amount.
The Customer who does not have an Account may also exercise their right of withdrawal by completing the standard form attached to the GTC (see the pre-filled form below – Annex 1). This form must be sent either by email to the address contact@ace-denim.comor by regular mail to the following postal address: ACE DENIM Paris, Return Service, c/o New Vogue SAS, 17 rue de l’Epau - 59230 Sars et Rosières.
2. No later than 14 days following the expression of their intention to return, return the Product(s) in their original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. The returned Product(s) must also be imperatively accompanied by the Order invoice as well as the standard form attached to the GTC (see pre-filled form below – Annex 1) duly completed. 3. The returned Product(s) that do not comply with the conditions listed above (in particular, returned in their original packaging, complete, labeled, new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) or that are damaged, harmed, or deteriorated by the Customer will not give rise to any refund. Similarly, in the case of an objective suspicion of fraud or proven fraud or abusive use or bad faith in the right of withdrawal, ACE DENIM reserves the right not to proceed with the refund.
4. No refund for an Order placed on the Site can be accepted at the ACE DENIM store.
5. The risks and return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore advised that the Customer return the package by tracked Colissimo to keep proof of its shipment, using the form received with the first shipment. It is advisable to keep the identifiers and proof of the return shipment until it is received by ACE DENIM.
The Client's liability cannot, however, be engaged due to manipulations strictly necessary to ensure the Products' compliance with the Order, which will also not hinder the implementation of the conformity guarantee.
Once the Products have been received, inspected, and accepted by ACE DENIM, the refund will be made using the payment method used during the Order, no later than 14 days following the Customer's decision to return the Products. The refund will be made using the same payment method that the Customer used during the Order.
The delivery fees for the initial order will be refunded to the Customer. Additional fees and taxes incurred by the Customer during the initial order will not be refunded by ACE DENIM.
If the return is due to an ACE DENIM error, all shipping costs paid by the Customer will be refunded.
In all other cases, the return shipping costs for the Products are the responsibility of the Customer.
ACE DENIM reserves the right to delay the refund until the receipt of the returned Products or the transmission by the Customer of proof of shipment of the returned Products to the aforementioned ACE DENIM address. The refund will be made upon the first fulfillment of one of these conditions.
Products returned under the conditions of this article following an Order on the Site cannot be exchanged. The Customer must place a new Order at the price indicated on the Site at the time the Order is validated by the Customer.

Return shipping costs are free if the products are shipped back from Metropolitan France, Monaco, Corsica, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, within 14 days after receiving the product (the carrier's postmark being proof).
Return fees are specific to each country for destinations not listed above.
Return Procedure
Log in to your Client Area on the site https://compte.ace-denim.com
- Enter your information (email and order number)
- Select the relevant product
- Follow the instructions, clearly stating the reason for your return request
- You receive a confirmation email
- As soon as your product has been received and inspected, you will receive the refund on the payment method used, within a maximum of 10 days
Products must be returned new, tagged, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.
Products on sale:
Discounted products are exchangeable but non-refundable.
