Refund policy

Return shipping costs are covered if the products are shipped back from Metropolitan France, Monaco, Corsica, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, within 30 days after receiving the product (the carrier's postmark being proof).

Return fees are specific to each country for destinations not listed above.

Return Procedure

Enter your information (email and order number)
Select the product concerned
Follow the instructions, clearly stating the reason for your return request.
You receive a confirmation email.
As soon as your product has been received and checked, you will receive the refund on the payment method used, within a maximum of 10 days.

Products must be returned new, labeled, and in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
